MAXXKICKZ accepts returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused  and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that show signs of wear or damage may be refused.

Return Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact us by email before sending any items back. Please include your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
